Any cancellations must be made by 1.00pm local time the day prior to your arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room charge.
All reservations require a guarantee or deposit in lieu. The following are accepted deposit methods: wire transfer, bank cheque, company cheque, travellers' cheque or a personal cheque. A credit card guarantee or a deposit equivalent to the first night accommodation paid by cheque, BACS or cash to arrive by 2pm(UK) the day prior to arrival. Deposits are not refundable. Photo identification is required on check in if the reservation is made on the same day as the arrival date.
Payment in full to have been received or credit card swiped and signature verified to guarantee full payment.

Credit card details must be taken at time of booking. The hotel must receive all amendments or cancellations by 12 hours in advance of the reservation. For groups of six or more you must make you amendments or cancel your booking 48 hours in advance. In the event of a no show, 100% full payment will be taken. In the case that the guest is paying by voucher then the voucher will be invalidated.
Domestic pets are accepted at the discretion of the hotel provided that they are kept under control and they are clean, free from disease and not dangerous. With the exception of guide and hearing dogs all normal domestic pets are not allowed in the public areas of the Hotel and must be kept in the guest's room. Clients and Guests are asked to check in advance with the hotel for further details.
